The UGM – Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (SYLFF) Scholarship is now open! The scholarship is available for two programs, doctorate and master. Below is the detailed information:

Doctorate Program

Requirements

1. Non-Indonesian citizen
2. Master holder with honor (GPA 3.70 or above of 4.00 scale)
3. No more than 35 years old
4. Outstanding English proficiency proven by TOEFL ITP 600 or equivalent
5. Attached to university as lecture or mid-career professional in higher education institution in home country
6. Listed as author of at least two papers published in international journal

In order to be considered, please submit the following:

1. Filled application form (download here)
2. A copy of academic transcript and diploma/master degree certificate
3. A copy of valid passport (until 2017)
4. A legalized copy of TOEFL or IELTS
5. CV or Resume
6. A copy of published paper in international journal
7. One page letter of motivation

PERSYARATAN CALON PENERIMA BEASISWA

2. Tinggi Badan Minimal 165 cm
3. Lulusan SMU Jurusan IPA / SMK Jurusan Mesin atau Arus Kuat
4. Fotocopy KTP dan Akte Kelahiran (Surat Kenal Lahir)
5. Fotocopy Ijazah yang dilegalisir Kepala Sekolah dan/atau Surat Keterangan Lulus dari Kepala Sekolah
6. Fotocopy Rapor kelas 1,2,3 legalisir

The University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School have introduced a limited number of scholarships, available to applicants to the MBA programme at the University of Glasgow, commencing in September 2013.

A total of 5 scholarships are available.

Award: £5,000

Eligibility: The criteria for the scholarships are academic excellence and personal achievement. Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of their application for admission.

How to apply: All MBA applicants who meet the eligibility criteria and who have submitted their application before 26 April 2013 will be considered. No separate application is required.

The Jim Duncan scholarship is open to anyone who has decided to go to University to undertake an undergraduate degree after having had a break in their education, or who are resuming their undergraduate studies at the University after an interruption, and require financial assistance.

Two Jim Duncan Scholarships are available.

Description
The scholarships shall initially be awarded for a two year period of the undergraduate course in order to give security to the scholar awarded. Thereafter, the scholar may apply to have the scholarship renewed on an annual basis. Each scholarship is valued at £1,500 per annum.

Eligibility
The scholarships are open to all students regardless of nationality or fee status, who have had a break in education, or are resuming their undergraduate studies after an interruption.
Applications from medical students would be particularly welcome.

Executive MBA Scholarship Awards
 
Nottingham Business School will be offering:

• four competitive half fee scholarships of £7,500 which will be available to UK and EU students
• six scholarships of £4,000 each for British unemployed executives

Both Scholarships are available to candidates who have been offered a place to study on Nottingham Business School’s part-time Executive Masters of Business Administration in 2013-14.

This scheme is applicable to the part-time Executive Masters of Business Administration only. Sponsored students (full / part) are not eligible to apply for the scholarship scheme.

The Schecter Jerry Horton Guitar Scholarship, sponsored by Schecter Guitar Research, is awarded each Fall to a student enrolling in the Associate of Arts in Performance (Guitar) program (US or non-US citizen) who demonstrates outstanding musicianship, band performance skills and originality in the Rock genre. The scholarship is applicable for students enrolled in the Guitar performance program only, and may not be transferred to “non-performance program” emphases ( Audio Engineering, Music Business, Independent Artist, Guitar Craft, or Film) within an AA degree.

Eligibility
To be considered for the Schecter Jerry Horton Guitar Scholarship, you must take the following steps:

• Complete the Schecter Jerry Horton Guitar Scholarship application (see application download instructions below).
• Submit a video recording (DVD format only) of you performing three (3) diverse songs on your guitar (electric or acoustic) within the Rock genre. It is recommended that they all be ORIGINAL live ensemble (band or duo) performances.
